Borgo D'Usciano

apartments

Four flats are set out on two floors (two two-roomed and two three-roomed). Painstaking care has been taken over each and every detail of the finishes, from the restoration to the furnishing using authentic furniture from late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. There are two further structures adjacent to the main body, one of which dates back to the year 1860, which have also been completely restored according to the rural style of the early years of the last century, and conforming to that of a farmhouse. Two-roomed flats have been produced here, overlooking the Mediterranean greenery adjacent to the pool.

The three types of flats all have independent entrances, independent heating and a fireplace.

On the ground floor, the reception area communicates with a large living area ideal for group lunches and dinners. A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom is also available on the same floor, which can either be used separately or together with the three-roomed flat on the first floor, with which it can communicate if necessary.
